Challenge

Since this project was quite big in both time and reach, It was necessary to implement a methodology that would allow us to manage our resources. We had to develop different functionalities, from an appointment calendar to an eCommerce capable of interacting with other systems, to do that we had to use Scrum, an agile methodology that allowed us to deliver the project every two weeks. We also had the challenge to create a connection with an internal app of the clinic, that would facilitate the real-time information sharing between doctors and patients, the creation of online products and payments, an appointment calendar and an authentication process. We were able to overcome these challenges by using last generation technologies that allowed us to use the latest and safest security protocols for communication.
